Thank you for selecting Turf Titans LLC.

Our 1-Year Warranty covers the fabrication and installation of your turf system.

Please note that the following items are not covered by our warranty:

• Weed growth

• Melted or damaged turf caused by the reflection from windows or any other sun magnification sources

• Drainage issues

• Irrigation matters after our departure, including sprinklers

• Compliance with HOA or impervious cover restrictions

• Damage caused by natural occurrences (floods, fire, etc.)

• Damage caused by human or pet activities

• Damage to utility wires, underground lines, and water pipes during installation.

• Pet odors

• Tree limbs or foliage falling on the turf

• Matting of the turf

To request warranty service, please fill out the form below and include relevant photos. Our team will review your request and respond as promptly as possible. Please note that warranty requests usually take 4-6 weeks to process.
